When you download and launch the App, necessary operational data may be collected, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, and session duration. To recommend suitable routes, we may process approximate device location information. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendation based on Mojie VPN route availability; 2. Performance improvement through anonymized aggregate trends; 3. Service notices such as important updates, security reminders, or account-related messages sent to your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis and feature improvement. Except for legal obligations, safety investigations, fraud prevention, or trusted service providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not share personal information with third parties. You can stop new collection by uninstalling the App through the standard device process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward. To cancel your account and delete your profile, contact the privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If such information is collected by mistake, we will initiate deletion procedures; guardians may also contact us at the same email. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access risk.
